Ingredients
- Vegetables: Small brinjals, sweet potatoes, purple yam, green bananas, surti papdi
- Spices: Coriander-cumin paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder
- Special: Muthiya (fried dumplings), grated coconut, lemon juice

Instructions

- Tempering: Heat oil with mustard seeds, asafoetida, and curry leaves. Pour over cooked undhiyu.
- Serving: Garnish with coriander and serve with puri, shrikhand, or bajra roti.
